About me

My name is Štěpán Štrauf, and I’m a student of Charles University in Prague.

I created this ebook as part of my final university project, and one of its goals is to share reliable, research-based information with as many people as possible.

While developing it, I reviewed scientific research, medical guidelines, and real patient experiences. Having personally undergone gynecomastia surgery, I also understand what the process feels like.

This project is just the beginning, I plan to continue researching other aesthetic and reconstructive topics, such as lip fillers, Botox, and oncoplastic approaches, and create more evidence-based guides that bring together science, experience, and empathy.

A note on accuracy

This guide is intended to inform and support, not replace personalized medical advice. For individual recommendations or decisions about surgery, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

About my eBook

This eBook was created as a complete guide for women considering breast surgery. It brings together medical facts, recovery tips, emotional support, and answers to the most common questions all explained in a clear and approachable way. My goal was to make something more than just a medical manual: a supportive resource that feels personal, empowering, and honest.
